ガーナ向けに、2022年セディ当たりのCO2eで表すオープンなEEIO排出係数ライブラリを構築した研究。生産者価格ベースのcradle-to-gate係数を公開し、経済的中心性・直接排出・サプライチェーン内包排出を区別するシナリオエンジンを提供する。新興国でのScope 3算定や脱炭素優先順位の特定を可能にする基盤的データ整備である。

This work presents GhaPEF v0.2, an open environmentally extended input-output (EEIO) emission-factor library for Ghana, expressed in kg CO2e per 2022 Ghana cedi at producer prices. It supplies cradle-to-gate factors plus a scenario engine that distinguishes economic centrality, direct emissions, and embodied supply-chain responsibility. It provides foundational data for Scope 3 accounting and decarbonisation prioritisation in emerging economies.

As ISSB/CSRD and Scope 3 disclosure expand, comparable emission factors for emerging economies are scarce; this open EEIO library for Ghana offers a replicable template for other data-poor regions. It also links supply-chain responsibility to national decarbonisation priorities, relevant to transition-finance and just-transition debates.
